What we collect, plainly.

Delicate Prints Co. is a small shop run by one person. This page describes what this site collects and why, in plain words.

Orders. When you place an order we store what you told us: your items, email, name, and shipping address. We use it to make and ship your order and to answer questions about it.

Payments.Card and PayPal payments happen on the payment provider's own secure pages. Your card details never touch this site and are never stored here.

Messages and the newsletter. If you write to us or subscribe, we keep your message or email address to reply and to send the newsletter. Every newsletter includes a way to stop receiving it - or just reply and ask.

Accounts. An account stores your name, email, and a securely hashed password so you can track orders and check out faster.

On your device. The site remembers small conveniences in your browser: your cart, and whether you turned ambient sound off. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking on this site.

Sharing. We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the services needed to run the shop: the payment provider you choose at checkout and the carrier that delivers your order.
